Happy Belated Turkey Day! Wow, I really am behind the times, but that's because I literally spend my whole week off sitting around like a lazy fart and watching movies.  And you know what? I loooooooved, except I got sick towards the end and couldn't see my friends.  I miss them so, but I'll have an entire month to see them in just another 3 weeks.  So it's worth it.

July 13th, 2007.  This day will own my soul.  Please tell me you all have seen the trailer.  If not, my friend, then you are missing out!

I'm in such a Christmas mood.  I wish I was going caroling right now, kinda like we did around Katie Preston's neighborhood for Christmas in July - but next time, there WILL be SNOW!  And I won't be wearing a bikini.  I brought snowpants to college - Sarah and Emmi should appreciate that one.  Let's just say,

BRING ON THE BLIZZARDS!

PS: If anyone had even a smidgeon of the idea of getting me anything for Christmas, the only thing I want is a dollar.  You all know why, let's make it an annual thing!

Danni's Venting Session, Take 1

My illusion of love is dying.  I'm watching it and the sick thing is that I don't have any control over it.  It seems that everyone is living for the moment, which is fine, because I'm all for spontaneity, but love is another case.  The important things about a relationship aren't having a partner for every dance, or getting an extra present every holiday, or having someone to call every night.  It's about those moments, no matter how distant they may be from one another, when you're in their arms and everything seems right again with the world.  It's not the one night stands or the drunken make-out sessions that count.  That "love" is fleeting and interchangeable.  It may feel good at the time, but it's empty the next morning.  It's meaningless.  It's a glitch in time when you fell victim to the impulses of loneliness, when you settled for something less than perfect.  Maybe that's what you want, maybe that's what you deserve.  But I'm waiting for those moments when I see his face, forty years later, and I still get butterflies because I know that what we have is timeless.  And that's beautiful.    

I miss you.

Wow, I really haven't been updating this, but that's probably because I'm Facebook's whore now.  *Clicks heels* There's no place like home there's no place like home...

So this week was stressful, fun, antsy, sentimental, and as long as Fabio's hair.  " A person can't feel all that at once - they'd explode!" But hey, it's been a great ride thus far and I can't wait for tonight: Fun fetti with "jimmies" party, Performing Arts Company studio hour, and then a Project Runway party.  Sometimes I wish that I could stop time just so I could breathe.

How is everyone else doing? I hope well.  When I get a spanktastic story I'll post it for you, but for now, I want to know any "spedcial" Banner stories that you know, because there's bound to be some.  Any sexual inuendos during Seussical rehearsal? A new choir speech? A wardrobe malfunction? C'mon, I know you've got it in you!

*Mrs. Doubtfire voice* Hellooooooooooo! My mishkins, how is life treating you? It's super duperly awesometastic for me, thanks for asking!  Freddie is great, the peeps are spankin', the theatre program is an absolute bitch, but I love it (does that make me a mascicist).  Yes, it fits like a glove.  What book was it where the guy put vaseline in his glove to make his hands smooth? That's creepy.

I got into a dance piece (and am an  - try and say that 5 times fast.  c'mon, i triple dog dare you - understudy for another) that I'm reeeeaaaaalllllyyyy excited about.  The schedule is messed up - 10 to 5 on a Saturday and so on...Wowsa Inspector Gadget!  Holy kitten cakes Batman!

Life is different, but life is good.  I miss all my friends in college and all my friends back home (btw, Brih-zsheet, tell me if you got my e-mail back because my computer hates me).  Just know that someday I VILL BE BAHCK.  Until then...
